Lead Scoring Calculator

Combine ICP fit, observed engagement, and buying signals in a transparent, adjustable lead score.

Start with your ICP

Define good-fit attributes before scoring a lead. Rate each dimension from 0 to 100 and choose its relative weight. Keep a short evidence note per dimension. Unknown evidence should not receive a high score simply because the lead looks interesting.

An explainable weighted score

Score = sum of dimension score × weight ÷ sum of weights. Weights need not total 100; the calculator normalizes them. At least one weight must be positive. Dimensions below 50 with positive weight appear as review gaps. This threshold is a working convention, not a validated benchmark.

Calibrate with real outcomes

Compare scores with qualification and conversion outcomes before using them for routing. Engagement can be noisy and a single signal does not prove purchase intent. This score is a prioritization aid, not a win probability or automatic disqualification rule.
