Connect Vera to where your business happens.

Connect your CRM, outreach, communication, and sales tools so Vera can work with the context your team is working with.

Your tools become Vera’s working environment.

A CRM connection is more than a field update. A Slack connection is more than a notification. Connected systems provide context, actions, and new information as work continues.

  • Read → Research → Act → Observe → Learn

One Vera across your stack.

Explore the connection catalog below. Availability depends on workspace setup, your plan, account permissions, and the actions exposed by each service. Not every integration supports the same reads, writes, or triggers.

  • CRM: HubSpot · Pipedrive · Attio · Salesforce · Zoho CRM · Microsoft Dynamics 365 · Odoo. Bring company, contact, opportunity, and activity context into the task. Available reads and approved writes depend on the connected app and permissions.
  • Email & LinkedIn: Gmail · Microsoft Outlook · LinkedIn. Connect sending identities for research-informed outreach, replies, and follow-up. Mailbox readiness and campaign approvals still apply.
  • Team communication: Slack · Microsoft Teams · Telegram. Give Vera work and receive updates in your team workspace. Workspace installation, user access, and output destinations remain under your control.
  • Calendar & scheduling: Google Calendar · Calendly · Cal.com. Use available events, bookings, and scheduling context to prepare for meetings and plan the next sales task.
  • Meetings: Fireflies · Zoom · Google Meet. Work with the meeting records, transcripts, summaries, or recordings the connected service makes available. Access depends on the account and the record.
  • Prospecting & web data: Apollo · Apify · Prospeo · Explorium · Lusha. Search and enrich prospects or use approved web-data collection runs. Research availability, usage budgets, and source permissions still apply.
  • Spreadsheets & documents: Google Sheets · Google Drive · Google Docs · Notion · Gamma. Use account lists, workspace documents, pages, and presentation context as inputs to research and sales work.
  • Forms & projects: Typeform · Monday.com. Read permitted form responses, boards, items, and project context. Turn relevant inputs into qualification and follow-up work.
  • Analytics & acquisition: Google Analytics · Google Search Console · Google Ads. Read available audience, acquisition, search, and campaign performance context to investigate GTM questions. A connection does not authorize ad spending.

Connect the account. Define the authority.

A connected account is not blanket permission to make changes. Vera uses the connections permitted for the task and prepares sensitive writes for review or a matching scoped permission.

  • Personal or shared: Use personal app connections or authorized workspace connections. Access stays scoped to the company and permitted user.
  • Setup varies by app: Some apps use sign-in authorization; others need additional setup or credentials. Pipedrive, Odoo, Apollo, and Gamma may require administrator configuration.
  • Read, prepare, approve: Reading records, preparing a change, approving it, and executing it are distinct steps. Review the exact action; recurring writes need an explicitly scoped permission.

Connected context stays useful.

When Vera returns to an account on Friday, it doesn’t have to treat Monday’s work as if it never happened.

  • Monday: A new opportunity enters HubSpot. Vera researches the account and prepares the next work.
  • During the week: Approved outreach runs. A prospect replies, the opportunity progresses, and the team gives feedback.
  • Friday: Vera uses permitted recent activity and relevant retained context for the next task.

Signal → Pipeline

Detect a relevant change on the web, evaluate it against Company Brain, check the CRM relationship, prepare or run approved outreach, and bring the result to Slack.

  • Web → Company Brain → CRM → LinkedIn / Email → Slack

Pipeline → Learning

A deal moves to Closed Won. Vera analyzes customer and deal context. Useful patterns can inform the company knowledge used to find the next accounts.

  • CRM → Analysis → Company Brain → Prospecting

More than a set of endpoints.

Moving data from A to B is useful. Vera can also use connected systems in an ongoing working loop, carrying relevant context between research, outbound, pipeline, and automation.

  • Context → Work → Result → New context → Next work

You control what Vera can see and do.

Continuity doesn’t require unrestricted access. Your tools. Your permissions. Vera works inside them.

  • Access: Choose connected systems, usable accounts, and information Vera can read.
  • Actions: Choose what Vera can write and which sensitive actions require approval.
  • Automation: Choose which processes can run automatically within those permissions.
