The work gets done. The way Vera works gets better.

Vera doesn’t have to approach every task like it’s the first one. Useful methods, corrections, and successful approaches can become reusable ways of working.

Start by giving Vera the work.

“Research the French market and find the segments we should target.” You don’t need to design the perfect workflow first. Vera plans the approach, uses company context and tools, processes information, and produces a result.

  • Understand → Research → Process → Use tools → Produce a result

Vera can learn how your team works.

A market-entry research method improves through use and feedback, then becomes useful in the next market.

  • First run: Research segments, find representative companies, check ICP fit and competition, assess target-account availability, and recommend a test.
  • A better method: “Before recommending a segment, always check whether we can identify enough relevant decision-makers.”
  • Three months later: “Research Poland.” Vera can reuse the refined approach instead of needing the entire process explained again.

Skills are reusable ways of working.

A skill captures how your team wants Vera to approach a type of work. Those methods can evolve as you learn.

  • Qualification: How we qualify enterprise accounts and investigate buying signals.
  • Research: How we enter a new market, investigate strategic accounts, or prepare for meetings.
  • Sales analysis: How we analyze Closed Lost opportunities and build lookalike campaigns from won customers.

Not just saved prompts.

The method provides structure. Vera still does the work: it applies current context, researches gaps, uses tools, processes data, makes context-dependent decisions, and carries out permitted actions.

Work with files, not only chat.

Bring CSV, Excel, PDF, Word, text, or Markdown files into the task. Vera can use an isolated code environment to analyze and transform permitted data, and prepare downloadable CSV, Excel, PDF, or chart outputs. Availability and file limits depend on the workspace configuration.

Test the process before it runs on its own.

New automations start disabled. Simulate the configured process, check its connections and approval boundaries, then enable it. Pause or archive recurring work when it is no longer needed.

  • Describe → Configure → Simulate → Review → Enable

Then make it continuous.

Once the job works the way you want, turn that approach into recurring execution.

  • On a schedule: “Run this every Monday.”
  • On an event: Use a supported, configured event. Verified Fireflies and Typeform webhooks can start the appropriate process; other event sources require their own setup.
  • On a signal: Schedule checks for a defined signal, assess the findings, and run the permitted next steps. Not every external change is a ready-made trigger.

A weekly process, in evolving context.

“Every Monday, check our competitors and tell us what changed.” Vera can compare against previous findings, apply updated company priorities, and use what your team has learned matters.

  • Research websites → Compare findings → Identify changes → Assess relevance → Carry useful context forward → Brief the team

Automations don’t have to stay frozen.

A 14-day inactivity rule may be useful initially. Then your team explains: “Enterprise evaluations take longer. Check the stage and last commitment before deciding.” The automation stays; future work can reflect the refined method.

Work improves context. Context improves work.

These are connected layers, not interchangeable labels. Useful results can inform future company context or methods; not every observation needs to become permanent learning.

  • Company Brain: What Vera currently understands: your company, ICP, customers, positioning, market, and sales approach.
  • Skills: How Vera works: research methods, qualification approaches, and reusable procedures.
  • Automations: When work runs: on demand, on a schedule, or in response to a defined event.
  • Results: Research, CRM activity, conversations, feedback, and outcomes can inform the next work.
  • Context → Work → Action → Result → Useful learning → Updated context → Next task

Connected tools make the loop stronger.

CRM shows customer and pipeline context. Outreach shows responses. Slack and Teams carry decisions and corrections. Web research reveals external changes. Useful company knowledge can carry forward in Company Brain.

You decide how Vera’s work evolves.

Continual learning should not mean unpredictable behavior. Review important knowledge, correct assumptions, refine methods, change automations, control permissions, and pause or stop recurring work.
